Supermarket
The large corporate supermarket chains have led to the demise of
smaller family owned business' dominating the market by stealth.
In this piece I set out to provoke thought for the social consequence
of corporate Supermarkets geared to profit at any cost.
Farmers are paid a pittance for their produce which is kept in cold
storage for months before being consumed. I recorded sound from
my mobile phone and  images from my small camera.
I interlace images of where the food comes from and markets
in cultures where the market  still sells locally produced unprocessed produce.
